HR Executive

Full Time


  • ● 3-5 years of Experience in HR (Generalist)
  • ● Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR function
  • ● Provide administrative support to the HR function Human Resources
  • ● Maintain HR records, such as those related to compensation, and medical insurance
  • ● Handle insurance-related issues with the insurance vendor and manage the communication between employee and insurance
  • ● Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management
  • ● Maintain and regularly update the master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee
  • ● Conduct end-to-end onboarding activities
  • ● Coordinate HR projects and initiatives (meetings, training, surveys, etc)
  • ● Manage employee requests regarding human resources issues, policies, and rules and regulations and leaves
  • ● Communicate with employees as and when required. Maintain a strong connection with the employees
  • ● Participate and assist in all employee engagement activities
  • ● Assist HR function with the appraisal process
  • ● Assist HR function
  • Conduct end-to-end exit formalities
  • ● Assist HR function to run employee-centric surveys
  • ● Assist HR in preparing HR reports for management consumption and review


  • ● Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • ● Experience in IT consulting setup is mandatory
  • ● Degree in Human Resources (MBA)
