Inside Sales Specialist

Hyderabad, Pune

Full Time

Responsibilities:

  • ● Proven inside sales experience preferably with at least 5+ years in B2B sales, global sales experience, especially selling SAP services
  • ● Willing to work in US timing
  • ● Bias for action – sound judgement, thoroughly thinks through the problems to come up with solutions
  • ● Experience selling SAP services and experience selling staffing services will be an edge
  • ● Lead development, Lead Generation, Emailing & Cold Calling experience and have hands into North American region.
  • ● Play hunter role, acquire new customers in the space of Enterprise Application Services around SAP, Application Maintenance & Support, Application Development & Migration and Staff Augmentation requirements.
  • ● Coordinating and managing the entire sales life – cycle right from opportunity identification to deal closure. Acts as a source of knowledge and guidance for the opportunity and ability to map accounts top – down
  • ● Proactively research and find target organizations and establish communications with those prospects. Constantly Qualify and build new opportunities / prospects through Cold Calling, Emailing and fix CXO meetings from the assigned territory
  • ● Personally, own and drive meetings, opportunities in the specified geographies and ability to build database and establish key contacts across accounts.
  • ● Having experience in sourcing, talent acquisition and vendor management etc. would be an added advantage.
    Skills & Experience
  • ● Identify and qualify new customers, Prospect new customers through lead generation, email campaigns, follow-up, and cold calling
  • ● Identify the correct decision makers within a targeted list of companies document all pertinent customer information and conversations into CRM system
  • ● Self-motivated individual who will represent the firm with highest levels of professionalism and having SAP Selling experience would be an add advantage.
  • ● Worked with enterprise and having proven sales track record of success selling Managed Services/IT Infrastructure solutions/ Application Management and Testing services etc. Also, should have experience of handling large accounts.
  • ● Should have experience of key account management, understanding customer needs and qualifying opportunities, defining stake holders and decision makers, building relationship with lower level to mid-level executives of customers.
  • ● Excellent communications and presentation skills (written, verbal, interpersonal)
