Responsibilities:

• ● Minimum 10 years of experience in Domestic Staffing
• ● Must have sound experience in Domestic IT Staffing/Recruitment.
• ● Good Experience in team management
• ● Hands on experience in head hunting, and stake holder management
• ● Understand IT requirements and deliver qualified consultants
• ● Capable of handling End to End Recruitment process.
• ● Extensive experience in Recruiting consultants on Contract, Contract to Hire and Full time positions.
• ● Should be able to source candidates from portals like Naukri, Monster, social networking sites like LinkedIn etc.
• ● Extensive experience in SAP recruitment
• ● Experience in LinkedIn recruiting is highly desirable
• ● Must have Excellent Communication skills and must be a team player
