Expatriation: We encourage intra company transfers for employees. For employees in India, we provide L1 VISA who have completed one year with Echelon and are at managerial role. We also offer long term onsite opportunities through H1B Visa program and short term onsite travel opportunities through our B1 Visa program for business meetings for a period of 4-8 weeks.

Covid Taskforce: We are aware of the challenging times Covid had made us go through and Echelon ensured each employee got much-needed help to fight the pandemic. With an aim to maintain employee wellbeing, we took initiative and offered 5 days of Covid leaves along with 18 annual leaves.
Our employees with a shared purpose to help fellow colleagues stepped forward to form a “Covid task force” for employees suffering from Covid. Support includes hospitalization and access to health support line.
