Pune, IN – [June 1, 2022] – Echelon Solutions Group, an end-to-end SAP solutions provider dedicated to assisting clients in becoming intelligent enterprises, announced the appointment of Sameer Jain as the General Manager of Echelon’s India Operations.
Echelon Biztech Private Limited, Echelon’s India subsidiary, began operations in 2018 and has since hired 200+ people across India to accommodate growth, with physical offices in Hyderabad and Pune. Echelon also has satellite offices in Noida, Bangalore, and Chennai thus capitalizing on the talent pool available in PAN India that is deployed remotely.
With a career spanning over 24 years working in US, Europe and India, Sameer has worked with global consulting firms such as PwC, IBM, Deloitte & Tech Mahindra among others, and has used his vast experience to help grow Echelon’s India operations. Echelon is looking forward to his leadership as the General Manager of Echelon, India using his experience in general management, IT strategy, and Offshore operations, as well as an exceptional track record of leading and implementing SAP projects over the course of his career. He holds an MBA from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering from the Pune Institute of Computer Technology.
Sameer has been with Echelon for over two years as the VP – Head of Regional Business before taking on this new role. He has been instrumental in the development of Echelon’s India operations and has also overseen core functions such as HR, global pre-sales & marketing. Sameer has represented Echelon as Vice President, collaborating with CXO-level clients and vendors while maintaining an impeccable work ethic.
As General Manager of Echelon Solutions Group’s India arm, Sameer will be spearheading our offshore operations, thereby leading Pre-Sales, HR, Marketing, Sourcing, Administration, and IT functions. He will also play a part in overlooking Finance operations and Delivery.
