This role provides unsupervised follow the sun break/fix support of solutions, partners with Engineering to create and update hardware, operating system, configuration and design standards for Unix/Windows servers, the hardware that supports the servers and the storage/virtualization technologies utilized in the infrastructure globally.

You’ll respond to customer support inquiries, author and maintain technical documentation whilst inspire the team to continue to create the best user experience yet.
